Terms & Conditions
1. The top three spenders till May 31, 2025 will be rewarded with 5-nights 6-days honeymoon package for international destination. The offer is valid for 2 people only.
2. The reward includes round-trip airfare to the destination and accommodations in 3-4 star hotel only.
3. If the winner wishes to add any additional member for the said trip. The charges for such additional member shall be borne by the winner only.
4. All visa fees, meals, and any other additional expenses incurred during the trip are excluded from the offer.
5. Once the winners (top 3 spenders based on their spending) are identified by Shoppers Stop Ltd., an agreement stating all the terms and conditions will be executed between the winners & Shoppers Stop.
6. The International honeymoon trip reward must be used by the winner before 30th Nov, 2025, failing which the reward will stand forfeited.
7. By participating in the offer, we understand that you have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions for the said offer.
8. The offer of ₹5,000 E-Gift voucher on offline purchase of Rs. 51,000 is valid for the customers who have registered for wedding offer at shoppers stop. Please note for registration you must carry the original wedding card upon arrival at the shoppers stop stores. The said offer is valid till May 31st, 2025.
9. The offer is valid for all the weddings taking place after 31st May 2025.
10. Offers cannot be clubbed with any/multiple offers.
11. The offers can be availed at Shoppers Stop Stores only
12. Customers who have registered in the previous India Weds flow will have to re-register again to avail the offer in this period
13. Purchases of customers in the previous India Weds campaign period will NOT be applicable for cumulative offer.
14. In India Weds 3 the member can avail the EGV only once during the offer period.
15. Multiples of Rs.51,000 spends will not yield multiple E-GVs. Example: If customer shops for Rs.102,000 he will not get 2 E-GVs. Such customers will only get 1 EGV.
16. Member has to re-register on QR code.
17. If any of the above is not done EGV will not be issued under any circumstances.
18. The decision of Shoppers Stop with respect to the winners shall be final and binding direct friends, family members of Shoppers Stop employees including the current employees and ex-employees of Shoppers Stop are not eligible to participate in the Offer. Agencies, Service Providers of Shoppers Stop and their family members are also not eligible to participate under this Promotional Scheme.
19. Winners shall claim by the reward within 3 weeks as intimated by Shoppers Stop to such winners, failing which the reward shall be given to another back up winner.
20. Shoppers Stop shall make 3 attempts to reach out to the winner. In case the winner is not traceable or not reachable or does not receive the call for any reason whatsoever than in such event the same reward shall be issued to another back up winner.
21. Reward once claimed cannot be transferred and cannot be substituted for cash.
22. Purchases through use of discount coupons, point certificates and credit notes do not make one eligible to participate in the Offer. A spender is eligible to participate in the offer on redemption of Gift vouchers/Gift cards, but not on purchase of the same.
23. Rewards are subject to the Laws of India
24. Participants and / or the winner will not hold Shoppers Stop responsible and/ or liable for any actions, claims, demands, damages defects, deficiency, losses, costs, charges and expenses which a participant and / or winner may suffer, sustain or incur by way of the offer or connected with the reward.
25. All winners will be notified over the registered phone number provided by the winner.
26. Shoppers Stop reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary any of the terms & conditions or to replace wholly or in part this offer by another offer whether similar to this offer or not or to withdraw this offer including the reward(s) altogether without any prior notice.
27. Any dispute arising from the above offer or rewards(s) offered herein is subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only.
28. Shoppers Stop is not liable for any incidents/accidents that may arise during the trip.
29. Shoppers Stop will not be accountable for any flight cancellations caused by airlines due to natural disasters or other unforeseen events.
