Terms & Conditions
1.This voucher offer is valid across all Shoppers Stop stores, SSBeauty stores, M.A.C and Clinique boutique stores pan India.
2.Redemption of the voucher is subject to the availability of the respective brand and services at the store.
3.Prior appointment booking is mandatory to avail the services under this voucher.
4.The validity of the voucher is until 30th September 2025.
5.This is a single-use voucher and must be physically handed over at the store at the time of redemption.
6.In case of multiple offer-related campaigns running during this duration, only the best offer will be applicable.
7.The voucher cannot be transferred and the same cannot be substituted for cash.
8.This voucher cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offers or discounts.
9.The offer is applicable only on select services/products as determined by the participating brands.
10.In the case of cancellation/returns, the value of the offer availed shall be deducted from the refund amount due, if any.
11.GST or any other extra charges applicable will have to be borne by the customer.
12.Direct friends, family members of SSL employees including the current employees and ex-employees of SSL are not eligible to participate in the Promotional scheme. Agencies, Service Providers of SSL and their family members are also not eligible to participate under this Promotional Scheme.
13.This offer/service is being brought to you by the concerted efforts of Shoppers Stop Ltd. and in the event of non-happening or partial happening of the same for reasons beyond anybody's control or act of God, then neither Shoppers Stop Ltd. nor their agents, sponsors nor their agents, successors or assigns shall be liable to any of the customers patriating in the offer/service or any other person claiming under him.
14.Any dispute arising out of this offer/service will be subjected to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
15.Shoppers Stop reserves the right to cancel or modify the offer and its terms at any point of time without assigning any reason or intimation whatsoever.
